Cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of signing the agreement and before sending a payment.

Once the team enters the “Work In Progress” stage and you wish to cancel the project, a processing fee of $20 will be applied to your account. Hours worked will be deducted from your deposit.

Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to jonna@provirtualassistant.com. You will then receive a cancellation form to fill out within 24 hours from the date of your email. The cancellation form will require your detailed reasons for canceling. The form will be signed by you and our team. This will help us understand and improve our processes in the future. This will also protect us from false claims and liabilities.

Your remaining balance after deductions will be refunded to your Paypal account within 24-48 hours after cancellation has been finalized.

Refunds due to service quality issues

Let us reiterate that we give you one hour of free service to assess our skills before you sign up. This is because we do not want to be processing refunds after we start working on projects. This is a big loss for both your business and ours.

You will also be given three (or more) revisions of work, depending on your project type, to ensure we meet your expectation before we declare a project as completed.

If you still want a refund for reasons beyond what has already been mentioned, then a processing fee of $20 plus hours worked will be deducted from your deposit.
