A Virtual Assistant is your version of an office secretary except he/she can do more. A Virtual Assistant can be multi-skilled and can offer one or more services at a time. He/she works remotely using his/her own computer and Internet connection. Some Virtual Assistants travel as they work while some stay at home or at a rented office space.

We follow our clients’ schedules. If you need us to work on your projects on the weekends and on holidays, just let us know in advance through your dedicated VA. We also follow US Eastern Standard Time unless there is a specific timezone that our clients prefer.

Standard is 1-3 days but there are instances when clients have to figure out what specific tasks they’d like to get done and so it could stretch to 5-7 days.

We offer discounts for repeat clients. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts for hiring more than one VA because of the work involved in hiring, training, monitoring, and coaching them.

After we have come to an agreement to work together, an invoice will be sent to you by email within 24 hours and we can start the work immediately or on a specific date. Within three business days of issuing the invoice, we expect to receive payment by Paypal. Credit Card is another option but less preferred. You will receive a receipt of your payment once it is confirmed in our account.
